Iroquois Industries, Inc., along with Gedia Automotive and Industrias Norm make up the international alliance of GeNI Global. Headquartered in Frankfurt, Germany, Gedia Automotive develops and manufactures stampings and welded assemblies for the automotive industry, as well as, technical products and handles fastening systems for the household goods industry. Gedia has five production facilities (Germany (2), Poland, Hungary and Spain) with a staff of over 1,800 and shares an Engineering office in Shanghai, China.

Industrias Norm is located in the city of Puebla, Mexico in the Industrial Center of Cuautlancingo and produces metal stampings and weld assemblies for the automotive industry.
