The 200,000+ square foot Warren Manufacturing & Technical Center is home to Iroquois' Corporate, Engineering, Design, Prototype Stamping and Packaging departments, including a 40,000 square foot tool and die room where the design and build of all tools takes place. Iroquois proudly offers our customers "one-stop-shopping" to support current industry requirements including high strength materials.
Iroquois’ Warren Welding & Assembly facility is over 160,000 square feet, features 150 robots and offers resistance, Gas Metal Arc Welding (GMAW) and plasma cutting, along with several automated conveyer/feed systems.
The Warren Stamping facility is where Iroquois originated in 1964. This 75,000 square foot building contains presses ranging in size from 100 – 600 tons. The Warren Stamping location specializes in small scale metal stampings and houses the IAS (Iroquois Assembly Systems) division where all Powertrain components are manufactured.
Our recently acquired Auburn Hills Stamping & Assembly location is over 90,000 square feet of production space with double bed presses up to 3,500 tons and an overhead crane system. Auburn Hills houses transfer, progressive and tandem press lines featuring bed sizes up to 338 LR x 66 FB. |
